Question 1

How long does the battery last?

Accepted Answer

The initial battery may last from a few weeks up to 1-2 months. We recommend using an Energizer lithium battery for best results; it can last about 6-8 months.

Question 2

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Report damage within 2 days of delivery: email a photo of the damage along with your order number to trumpet95@gmail.com. We will send a replacement for a flat $15 (covers shipping). If you purchased the $4 Shipping Insurance, the replacement is fully free — see the Shipping Insurance entry below.

Question 3

Are the mutes indestructible?

Accepted Answer

No product is indestructible, but these mutes are more durable and withstand more impact than standard metal mutes.

Question 4

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

If the package has not gone out yet, then yes. If a tracking number has already been provided, then no. It is impossible to request the return of the parcel once it is shipped. If you still want to cancel, you can return the package and once we receive it you will be refunded (minus shipping and handling fees).

Question 5

How does the Armis BellGuard protect my trumpet?

Accepted Answer

The Armis BellGuard is designed to prevent bell crushing by absorbing most of the energy from frontal impacts. It helps prevent dents and deformation, but severe impacts can still redirect force into the bell interior. No product is indestructible; the BellGuard greatly reduces risk but cannot guarantee complete protection.

Question 6

What about import taxes, duties, and country-specific fees?

Accepted Answer

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees dictated by your country's laws are the buyer's sole responsibility. Please check your country's import rules and costs before purchasing. By completing checkout, you accept responsibility for any additional charges that may apply on delivery.

Question 7

What if my order is lost in transit?

Accepted Answer

If your package hasn't arrived 60 days after purchase, contact us at trumpet95@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement. The replacement item is free, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs, import tax, and materials (email me for cost) — UNLESS you purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout, in which case shipping is fully covered.

⚠️ Important — International orders & customs. You are responsible for following your country's import procedures: respond to any customs notice, submit any required documents, and pay duties on time. If customs destroys or returns your package because you did NOT respond, did NOT submit the required paperwork, or did NOT pay duties, the package is non-refundable and a replacement requires a 60% fee of the order value (covers shipping, restocking, and re-fabrication). Shipping Insurance does NOT cover customs destruction due to non-response — only carrier loss/damage in transit.

Question 8

My NoteTurner stopped working — can I get a replacement?

Accepted Answer

Every NoteTurner comes with a 6-month limited warranty against defects from normal use. If your NoteTurner stops working or breaks during this period, email trumpet95@gmail.com with your order number and proof of the defect (a photo or short video). We will send a replacement for a flat $26 (shipping included worldwide).

Question 9

How does the 2-year warranty add-on work?

Accepted Answer

For $15 added at checkout, NoteTurner is covered by an extended 2-year replacement warranty — one replacement per year for two years. To claim, email trumpet95@gmail.com with your order number and proof of the issue. The replacement unit itself is free; the customer only pays $15 for shipping each time.

Question 10

How does Shipping Insurance work?

Accepted Answer

$4 Shipping Insurance covers FREE replacement if your unit is damaged during transit or lost. We cover the shipping cost too — no questions asked. To claim, email trumpet95@gmail.com with your order number and:
• Damaged items: a clear picture of the damaged item (within 2 days of delivery).
• Lost items: after 60 days of non-delivery the item is officially marked as lost; no further proof required.

Question 11

What is your full refund / return policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, undamaged, in original packaging) and you'll need the original receipt (usually your confirmation email).

To start a return, email trumpet95@gmail.com. If accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

• Damages & wrong items: inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong.
• Non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and downloaded media (digital files).
• Exchanges: fastest path is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.
• European Union 14-day cooling-off period: EU shoppers have 14 days to cancel/return for any reason, no justification needed (item must be unused and in original packaging).
• Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may add a few more days to post). Shipping costs are NON-refundable.
• Rejected returns outside the Continental US: we'll bill you for return shipping before shipping the item back.

If 15+ business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, email trumpet95@gmail.com.
